Leerone

Israeli-born singer/songwriter Leerone hails from Los Angeles, and cites influences such as Carole King, PJ Harvey, and Tori Amos. Leerone's mature vocals highlight a theatrical mindset. In 2003 Leerone self-released the In This Life, on This Road EP, and two years later she issued the very candid Hail to the Queen album. In early 2008, the singer's debut full-length, Imaginary Biographies, made its way to the public, once again courtesy of her own label, Fussy Music. © MacKenzie Wilson /TiVo
