A Shalamar feast (15 songs) featuring all of their lead singers: Gerald Brown, Jody Watley, Howard Hewett, and Sidney Justin. Brown, Shalamar's first male lead, mimicked Smokey Robinson on "Uptown Festival" (unedited) and a remake of the Miracles' "Ooo Baby, Baby," both included. Exit Brown, for unknown reasons, and enter Howard Hewett for their longest and most successful chart run. Hewett, with Watley and Jeffrey Daniels, powered the groups' most successful chart run, which included the hits "Take That to the Bank," "Right in the Socket," and "A Night to Remember." Omitted is "For the Lover in You," arguably their most popular recording. This is a fatal mistake for a Shalamar compilation and will cause many not to purchase it. The oversight is analogous to a Billy Paul compilation with no "Me and Mrs. Jones." The cover photo shows the original lineup of Brown, Watley, and Daniels.
