This is a remixed reissue of a classic. The title cut, an odd and very effective mix of makossa and South African influences, is no longer available in its original form. Basically, the rhythm has been hardened (and made more of a cliche) by the addition of disco-bomp and the fixins. The result is a little like one of those beauty spots that get more touristy every year. If you knew it back when, you'll likely find the later version annoying at best. If you come new to it, you'll probably be entranced. Among the fringe benefits is a
Moni Bile number, "Essele Mba."
