Annwn provides an interesting blend of Celtic tradition and the funky, psychedelic sounds characteristic of many Bay-area bands of the '60s and '70s. Flourishes of early
Jethro Tull surface periodically, particularly during the more pronounced guitar and flute passages, adding to this retro stew. Some unique traditional covers include "Foggy Dew" done as a slow R&B march, a swing version of "Whiskey You're the Devil," and a gothic rendition of "She Moved Through the Fair."
