Out of the flurry of late 2004 and early 2005 releases from Trax's deal with Casablanca, this unmixed
Armando compilation is one of utmost necessary. Thankfully, it reaches beyond
Armando's contributions to the Trax catalog to include the essential "100% of Disin' U" and "Land of Confusion," both of which originated on his and
Mike Dunn's Warehouse label. Some of the most nasty, cranky, and sleazy acid house can finally be heard on CD, most of which was made while the late producer and DJ was still in his teens. It's unfortunate that the disc wasn't met with a little more fanfare. ~ Andy Kellman
