The second generation of spinoffs from the scary rapping jesters of the Insane Clown Posse starts here, with Monoxide, one half of Twiztid, and his set of high-octane jams, CHAINSMOKER LP. It's heavy on the skits--"Drive Thru" takes a poke at the spreading antipathy towards public smoking of tobacco, no less--while "Wut Would You Do" brings the menace home, with a challenge to anyone who'd even think about indulging in anti-clown hostility. "Shoe Fitz" brings the Posse's traditional obsession with smoking pot to the fore, and also conjures images of Monoxide as homeroom rebel--here, he's the kid at the back of the class toking on a joint. Though he's got a ways to go before he gets Eminem in his sights, Monoxide, on CHAINSMOKER LP, turns in a fiendishly evil performance packed with rolling beats, pro-smoking shout-outs, and creepy clown violence.
