Late bandwagon jumpers might not consider this collection essential, but appreciators of the Spinners' Motown recordings will snap it up on sight. These tracks come from two albums, with "We'll Have It Made," a single done after their final Motown album, the sole orphan. Bobby Smith and G.C. Cameron handle the leads in totally different styles providing good contrast. "Message From a Black" was inexplicably omitted, but a compilation wouldn't be one without a glaring omit, would it? However, "That's What Girls Are Made For," "I'll Always Love You," "Truly Yours," "It's a Shame," and other ear sweeteners made the show. You'll be singing along with this one. ~ Andrew Hamilton
