Younger Brother. This full-length debut is a collision between psychedelic trance and downtempo, with all sorts of clunky samples and disparate patchwork influences figuring into the scheme. The melting pot often serves up negligible -- and occasionally putrid -- dishes. There's a mismatched mix of backwoods acoustic guitar and acid burbles populating "Evil and Harm."
