Following their English- (On the Rocks, Dream On) and French-language (Respire) albums, Grenzenlos is the first release to be recorded in German from the Belgian choir Scala and conductor/pianist siblings the Kolacny Brothers. Featuring 12 of their unique choral interpretations of contemporary pop/rock songs, the 2005 LP includes cover versions of Kraftwerk's "Das Modell," Die Toten Hosen's "Hier Kommt Alex," and Echt's "Du Tragst Keine Liebe in Dir," alongside the lead single, a reworking of MIA's "Hungrigez Herz."
