The third studio long player from the volatile Findlay, Ohio-based metalcore outfit, Happiness in Self Destruction is the band's first outing for Attila frontman Chris Fronzak's StaySick Recordings. Featuring the singles "My Old Ways" and "Take Me Away," the latter of which is a tribute vocalist Landon Tewers' deceased grandfather, the 15-track LP finds The Plot in You offering up another compelling set of ferocious breakdowns, punishing palm-muted riffage, and icy melodies.
