The Very Best of Billy Ocean is a generous overview of his ‘hits," containing all of his ‘80s smashes -- “Suddenly,” “When the Going Gets Tough (The Tough Get Going),” “Get Outta My Dreams Get into My Car,” “Loverboy,” “Caribbean Queen (No More Love On the Run)” chief among them.
