The band's release of a 7" on NOFX frontman Fat Mike's Fat Wreck Chords caused considerable consternation among fans of the label's usually static skate punk style. Raised on proto-punk and classic rock, the band, signed to Dine Alone, ply their staggeringly loud, blown-out rock style, whose bluesy feel vaguely recalls '90s icons such as the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion.
