Home for Christmas is a latter-day holiday effort from
the O'Jays. Although the group remains in good voice, it isn't a particularly strong record, due to a predictable selection of songs and an overly clean production. Still, the group shows enough personality on the cuts to make this of interest to hardcore fans, even if nobody else will find it particularly interesting. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
