In Heat. All of the right elements came together for the group and their mentor/producer,
Barry White, who co-wrote most of the songs and did some arranging. The cornerstone of the album is the elegant ballad "I Belong to You." Arranged by
Gene Page, the trio's biggest hit went to number one R&B and number 27 Pop on Billboard's charts in late 1974. The album version is longer than what's commonly heard on the radio. The luscious follow-up, "Share a Little Love in Your Heart," made it to number 21 R&B in spring 1975.
