This EP was released in the U.K. before their 1993 debut,
Drift. The disc includes the studio versions of "I Knew That," "Drift," "Everytime You Go," and the B-side "Dead City Radio." For fans of the band and of
Drift, "Dead City Radio" is a must-own. It is a smooth bluesy song that recalls
Bob Dylan,
Dire Straits, and
Daniel Lanois. The only problem with this EP is that its title is misleading. There are no live songs on the set (though no dead ones, so that might even the score). ~ JT Griffith
