It’s thrilling to hear her transform her former band’s catalog, with powerful performances of Yaz’s “Winter Kills,” “Only You,” and their biggest U.S. hit, “Situation.” Six cuts here are from The Minutes, with the single “When I Was Your Girl” taking on greater energy and life.
