On. Their first for Swami, it's a collection of tracks resulting from over two and half years of writing and recording and is their long-awaited follow-up to 1999's T.L.A..

On is balls-to-the-wall, in-your-face, red-toothed rock & roll. From the rockabilly hip-shakers "All the Stars" and "Take It Off" to the girlish ear candy of "Hot Pink,"
Demolition Doll Rods' strut never stops. The trio's white-hot musicianship can't cool down, and producer Dave Feeny keeps things slick so that the band's stiff upper lip is always up front. The twin-guitar work between Danny and Margaret oozes sex in a manner that is playful and completely for performance.
Demolition Doll Rods are the ultimate raw performance, and that should be enough when it comes down to the nitty-gritty of rock & roll. Blues is stripped to its bare bones on the live version of "Don't Go No Further." Wild catcalls from Thumpurr and Margaret make you want it more, and honestly,
