Brothers David and Franck Potvin are best known for their work with Lyzanxia, but the two have taken time off from their main project to craft a new breed of sonic assault with Phaze 1. For the project's self-titled debut release David (vocals, guitars, bass) and Franck (vocals, guitars) enlisted the help of drummer Dirk Verbeuren to create a sound that pushes the notions of extreme metal to the outer limits.
