On their 15th studio album, The Big Mash Up, German techno act Scooter deliver another batch of their trademark sample-heavy dance tracks while adding some new stylistic elements such as dubstep ("David Doesn't Eat," "Beyond the Invisible") and house (the single "The Only One"). Sampled songs include Nick Straker's "Walk in the Park" (on "David Doesn't Eat"), Chaka Khan's "Ain't Nobody" (on "It's a Biz"), and Richard Sanderson's "Reality" (on "Dreams"). The double album's second CD features an 80-minute mix called "Suck My Megamix," which incorporates 46 Scooter singles. The Big Mash Up is also available as a limited edition including a DVD with the live show The Stadium Techno Inferno, recorded live in Hamburg, Germany in 2011.
