The Market is het derde studioalbum van de Belgische band Customs. Het werd uitgebracht op 31 januari 2014. Zanger en gitarist Kristof Uittebroek schreef en produceerde alle liedjes op The Market. Customs blijft een band die vooral lijkt op andere bands uit de postpunkgolf van begin jaren 2000, denk aan Editors of Franz Ferdinand. Op Customs’ debuutalbum was dé referentie Interpol. Op dit derde album is dat Franz Ferdinand. We horen puntige keyboardarrangementen, hoekige drums, staccato baspartijen en die stem die helemaal gemodelleerd is naar die van Paul Banks (Interpol). Daarmee bedient Customs een groot publiek. En, de liedjes liggen goed in het gehoor. Missie geslaagd. Toch?
