This famous rumba and sevillanas duo has been active since the '60s and shows no signs of giving up on partying. This 2012 release offers newly recorded versions of some of their greatest hits, such as "El Negro Zumbón,"
José Alfredo Jiménez's "El Rey," and "Sevilla Tiene un Color Especial" (with backing vocals by a host of renowned Sevillian singers), as well as Spanish versions of universal favorites such as "Jailhouse Rock" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You." Four new songs are introduced, the typically teasing single "Las Primas," "Vámonos Que Nos Vamos," "Andalucía No Pares de Andar," and "Sanlúcar de Barrameda." And, yes, the umpteenth version of their mega-galactic hit "Macarena" is inevitably included, this time set to African beats. ~ Mariano Prunes
