On the Coverart section, toggle Enable HD Coverart on

Release Format: Release Filename format. By default, it's set to {title} - {artist}
Track Format (Single Disc) : Track Filename format for release having single volume. By default, it's set to {idx}.{title} - {artist}
Track Format (Multiple Disc) : Track Filename format for release having multiple volumes. By default, it's set to {idx}-{vidx}.{title} - {artist}
Click on Save button to update your changes
You can add any custom comment and description to your purchased audio recordings via meta tags. These tags can be viewed using a common media player such as VLC or MediaMonkey. Certain specialized programs, such as mp3tag, are capable to seeing the tags flawlessly.
