It took
Viana five years to leave Sagrado because of his successful solo career. With a lot of invited musicians from other prog rock bands such as
Angra (André Matos),
Dogma,
Saecula Saeculorum, and old members of
Sagrado Coração da Terra, a big studio experience (all CDs were recorded in their own studio), and carefully constructed graphics,
Marcus Viana brought
Sagrado back to the Brazilian progressive rock scene by releasing its fifth work; the album mixes pop hits with prog rock. "Clair de Lune" (a version of the
Debussy classic) and a progressive arrangement of the song "Terra" (
Caetano Veloso) are the high points of this CD. Some tracks with English lyrics are present. ~ Cesar Lanzarini
