Davey Muise declaring "I wasn't meant for this world" and "I can't trust a single sound that comes pouring out of your goddamn garbage mouth." As per usual, the band bolsters his howls of despair with enough sonic might to bring down every satellite in orbit, but a surprisingly measured and melodic turn on the brooding, midtempo "Flower" shows them to be as adept at wringing real emotion from hopelessness as they are at simply lighting the fuse and watching the world burn.
