Bangin' Beats: Then and Now!, Vol. 3 is a two-disc set that -- as indicated by its title -- switches back and forth between older and newer freestyle cuts. Since the sound of freestyle has remained more or less exactly the same since its inception in the '80s, the timeline hopping is no issue. Featured tracks include Judy Torres' "Holding On," Johnny O.'s "Highways of Love," Thiago Derucio's "Time Passes By," Marilyn Dia's "Don't Say Goodbye," and Soave's "If You Want Me."
