Bread. Richard Mainegra and Rick Yancey go back to Cymarron, a group from the same era that had a top-20 hit with "Rings." TThe group keeps structure and musical backing simple throughout the crystalline production, leaving lots of space for guitar, pedal steel, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, and Hammond-style organ. The pick of the crop is "Eternally Blue," a song featuring a soaring melody driven by some innovative acoustic guitar/pedal steel interplay.
