Two masterful stride pianists are teamed up on this duo set and the music is consistently exciting.
Neville Dickie is one of England's top early jazz pianists while
Louis Mazetier is best-known for his association with the French band
Paris Washboard. They have two unaccompanied solos apiece while the other 14 selections are often-rollicking collaborations. Highlights include "Freshman Hop," "Sunday," "If Dreams Come True," "Jingles" and "California, Here I Come." Very enjoyable music. ~ Scott Yanow
