Todd Rundgren, who is billed as TR-i on this release, can usually be counted on to produce several pop music gems on his albums. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen here. It's not that the songs are bad (actually, some are), but the songwriting is not up to
Rundgren's usual standards. Some tracks are overly preachy. Also accentuating the negative is TR-i's rapping, which permeates this release on several selections, especially the title track. TR-i cannot survive the bad rap on
