A veteran on the international underground House scene for more than twenty years, DJ/producer Alexi Delano has perfected the art of aligning Deep House with sharp Techno structures in the most elegant of forms. Born in Chile and raised in Sweden, this friend and colleague of Sweden scene-creator Cari Lekebusch now calls New York City home. Boasting numerous collaborations and a modest discography full of quality releases, Delano has been featured on such labels as Svek, Hybrid, Plastic City and Turbo Recordings. Inspired by hip-hop, R&B, Soul and Funk, the producer in Delano pares the House formula down to the barest of essentials to tease after-hours dancefloors. Steamy sonic creations flow gently into one another, switching up one sexy vocal for another on Turbo Recordings' ADNY Selections '97-2000. Just try not to yield to his style of housey charm.
