Æ M Æ T Alternative Rock - Grunge - New Wave Aemaet borns from a Smashing Pumpkins tribute band. Cristian Suardi, the new singer, gets in the band in july 2010. So the 5 guys decide to write new songs on their own. Only some months later, the band releases a first split album with Event Horizon band (Event Horizon vs Aemaet - Otherwaves prod. , 2010), distributed in only 33 copies. In January 2011 the band records the first songs in Itri, Italy, at Brigadiscostudio II, with Fabio La Rocca. The new EP, mixed and mastered by Felipe Praino, is called "Muse Of Lust", and it is released the 1st july in Italy and the 9 september in all the world through the digital market. The singles are: Hangman (rel. 12 june); Apathy (rel. 20 july); Slumber (rel. 5 september); The band is ready to promote "Muse of Lust", also through an italian tour. In august 13, 2011 Aemaet is at the second place in the "Green Music Festival". In winter the guys lose both the guitarists. So they decide to let in only another one: Giovanni Ialongo gets in the band in december 2011, and the keyboards and the synths find more more space. In march 27, 2012 the band receive the prix as the best "Rock/New Wave" band in the national festival "Anime di Carta", in Rome. An important success just while the band is going to record the second work.
