Agop

With his magnetic voice and his catchy tunes, Agop brings in extra joy and energy to the pop scene. His enthusiastic folk melodies sometimes flirt with electro. Occasional Armenian instruments hint to his ancestors’ origins. Agop is a football addict - which seems natural since he originates from Marseilles - he happily admits Eric Cantona or Marcel Bielsa can influence his music, almost as much as The Beatles, Oasis, Yo la Tengo, Sam Cooke or Nirvana. « Songs of Good Hope » is Agop’s first album.
