AKMU

AKMU, aka Akdong Musician, comprises South Korean brother and sister Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun. They came into the public consciousness under the name Akdong Musician in 2012 after winning the second series of the TV talent show 'K-pop Stars'. Following the success they released single 'You Are Attractive' which went straight to number one on the local Gaon Music Chart. The group's first published album, 'Play', followed in 2013, with all the songs being composed by Lee Chan-hyuk. In 2017, Chan-hyuk paused the continuing success of the duo as he was called into the Republic of Korea Marine Corps for his national service.
