Alice Di Micele has more soul in her vocal chords than all the Roscoe's Chicken and Waffle joints on the West Coast. Her wailing (yet somewhat tastefully contained) voice is partnered by a little storm of steel Dobro slides and a rhythm section with a light bounce to their step.
