Alice Temple

Alice Temple

A Londoner by birth, Alice Temple has done and been a variety of things in her life. A BMX rider, club kid, and musician, Alice Temple began her career with collaborator Eg at the age of twenty. Their project, Eg and Alice, released only one album, 24 Years of Hunger in 1991. After a short stint in Los Angeles, Alice returned to London. While writing and collaborating with Eg, Alice caught the attention of James Lavell, one half of the electronic group UNKLE. She was then brought in to contribute to UNKLE's Psyence Fiction album. Her piece for the album, "Bloodstain," won her critical acclaim. She returned to working with Eg, and together they put together 1999's Hang Over album, released on V2. © Chris True /TiVo
