Bio :: ANABA is the voice of the warrior. Sometimes soft, sometimes electrifying, it takes you beyond borders, telling its story with song. Its music is the light after the storm, celebrating victory through dance. Combining both rock impulses and gentle folk, ANABA will make you vibrate with energy. A musical symbiosis that will not leave you indifferent! ANABA is driven by the coming together of Inês Valente's pop-folk universe, with the energetic and creative guitars and bass of Hernandez Davintson and ArcoX in June 2018. Later on, Rita Valente (piano-keyboard-vocals) and Loris Martenet (drums) join the group bringing along all their musicality. The group's spontaneity is evidenced by an atmosphere of constant experimentation, continually developing their ideas by combining their different musical universes. After regional radio and web-radio appearances (Radio Chablais, RNV, Ecoutologue), 2020 was to be their year: several festivals scheduled in Switzerland and abroad, postponed to a later date! They then took advantage of the time off to compose and develop their musical and visual identity with artistic director Juliette Villard. Their first EP was released on August 13, 2021, recorded at the Studio du Flon with Benoît Corboz and his fine ear. For the next part, they are ready to ignite on stage at the slightest spark.
