Anne Savage

British hard dance DJ

Recognised as a queen of the Hard Dance scene, Anne’s sets go for energy, with deep and euphoric house styles, along with breaks and techno. A true clubber’s DJ, Anne would clearly be on the dance floor if she wasn’t behind the decks. Popular all over the world, Anne once played in Johannesburg alongside Goldie and Grace Jones to 33,000 people, and played the final party at The Millennium Dome on New Years Eve 2001 in front of an estimated 47,000 people. A regular recording artist on Tidy Trax, her biggest selling hits so far are “I Need You” and “I Need a Man”. She also records as ‘Tidy Girls’ with Lisa Lashes and released “Junglize”, her first collaboration with BK. Anne became a household name following the broadcast of the BAFTA award winning ‘Faking It’ reality show, where she took a classically trained cellist from House neophyte to apparent experienced club DJ in one month. She regularly appears on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix, and has recently been invited to fill in for Dave Pearce’s popular Sunday night ‘Dance Anthem’s’ show on BBC Radio 1.
