Arcadea is the brainchild of
Mastodon drummer/vocalist
Brann Dailor and Zruda guitarist/keyboardist Core Atoms. Rounded out by synth wizard Raheem Amlani (
Withered), the trio began laying down tracks at Orange Peel Studios in Atlanta, Georgia for their ambitious debut album in 2016. The eponymous, cosmic sci-fi opus was released in June 2017 via Relapse Records. ~ James Christopher Monger
