Beguiled

Hardened fans of sleazy Garage Rock will find a soft spot for the likes of the Beguiled. Taking their cues from the Stooges, this New York band vamp trashy, over-amped nuggets of pure adrenaline, the majority of which are super-concentrated into raucous blasts of intensity that clock in under the three-minute mark. Sadly, guitarist Mike Ball was killed by a drunk driver in 1994, effectively ending Beguiled's time in the garage.
