Blak Ray founded Street Doktorz Records in 2005.

In 2009, Blak Ray decided to go solo after having a dispute with another member of Street Doktorz and released the first solo mixtape named ""I'm still finding"" as an independent artist. By the end of that year, he founded Music Of Freedom Records, aiming for the new direction for his music.
Between 2008 and 2009, Blak Ray collaborated with many well-known rap artists but he soon got out of the community.
One year later he reconciled with S.D Records but still stay as solo artist. He's also featured on Suboi track ""Walk"" in the same year, then he went on a long hiatus.

Half a decade later, Blak Ray rejoined S.D Records and collaborated in KraziNoyze's ""Đôi bờ"", along side DSK.
He released the single ""Lost Gen"" in 2020 as a kick start for his new mixtape ""The Owl, the Bear and the Dying Mind"".

In January 2021, He soft launched his Limited Edition EP ""The Owl, the Bear and the Dying Mind"", a compilation of 4 tracks on the old cassette tape format and received the positive feedbacks.
