Bob Curnow

Bob Curnow

Bob Curnow toured with Stan Kenton's Orchestra for a time in the mid-'60s, worked as general manager and producer for Kenton's Creative World label in the 1970s, and has extensive experience as a jazz educator. In 1994, Curnow wrote arrangements of a dozen pieces by Pat Metheny and/or Lyle Mays for his 20-piece big band and the successful (and unusual) results were released on a MAMA Foundation CD. ~ Scott Yanow
