Mosley has been singing and playing since childhood, his press bio claims that, prior to becoming a professional musician, he held jobs as "a linebacker, a fur trapper, a ballet dancer, a stockbroker, an actor, a computer programmer, and a yoga teacher." Settling in Brooklyn and becoming a regular on the local singer/songwriter scene,
Mosley recorded his live-in-the-studio debut album,
Light & Blood, in Woodstock, NY, and released it in late 2007 on the Woodstock Music Works label. Along with his solo performances,
Mosley also performs with a backing band consisting of cellist
