Creation's End are a progressive heavy metal band boasting the veteran talents of vocalist Mike DiMeo (
Riot,
Masterplan, Ilium, etc.), lead guitarist Marco Sfogli (
MullMuzzler,
James LaBrie,
Magni Animi Viri, etc.), rhythm guitarist and keyboard player Rudy Albert (Zandelle), bassist Joe Black (
Chris Caffery Band, Zandelle), and finally a newcomer in drummer Dario Rodriguez. The group's sound could best be described as a heavier, less keyboard-reliant spin on
Dream Theater's ultimate prog metal formula, and was delivered fully formed to fans via 2010's A New Beginning album, released by Sensory Records. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
