Damez

Damez​ was born ​Damién Denzel Ross Henderson ​on April 27, 1994 in Jackson, Mississippi. ​Discover​ing ​his love for music at an early age​, he began writing songs and performing in front of ​his ​family as a child. ​After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia when he was six​, he​ began to explore his ​musical talents as he experienced an unfortunate series of events such as ​his parents' divorce and the ​tragic death of his brother​ shortly after. While in college,​ he released​ his debut EP Midnight on Cloud Nine in 2014. He soon began doing live shows and released his first full-length album, The Art of Extravagance​ in 2017, exactly 3 months before he graduated from college.
