Gabinete Caligari

Spanish pop/rock threesome Gabinete Caligari was formed in 1981, taking its name from the independent movie El Gabinete Del Doctor Caligari. The band released its first song, "Golpes," in an EP shared with a similar group called Parálisis Permanente. Que Dios Reparta Suerte came out in 1983, followed by 1984's Cuatro Rosas. In 1993, EMI released a Gabinete Caligari's greatest hits compilation, while the group was touring around Spain. ~ Drago Bonacich
