Gravity is a youth alternative fusion band housing five 15-and-below kids namely Rommel Bautista, Eufritz Santos, Grace Alade, Zack Tabudlo and Julienne Echavez. With distinct styles all on their own, these kids were favorite contestants in the pilot season of ABS-CBN's The Voice Kids, and though not making it past the "sing-off" leg of the competition, each has garnered a massive amount of following through the course. MEMBERS Zack Tabudlo The brood of a former singer mom and a band member dad, Zack proved himself a musician by nature. At the age of 9, he started composing his own songs, and perhaps the depth of his song-writing [interests] rooting from the passing away of his mother when he was only 6. He also started self-learning the guitar and took tutorials only via YouTube videos and an informal mentoring of a neighbour. His [natural] talent had its warm-up in the spotlight a couple times: Zack was cast in a telecommunications advertisement and became a grand finalist in the reality talent search show Talentadong Pinoy. Now being Gravity's guitarist and vocalist, the 13-year-old continues working on material for the band and some of his original compositions are anticipated to be included in their upcoming debut album, thus establishing him as a published song-writer. Eufritz Santos Tagged as Gravity's "sugar and spice lass", Eufritz impressed the public when all three judges of The Voice Kids gave her an "I Want You" during the blind auditions with her rendition of Kyla's 2000 hit Hanggang Ngayon". Also possessing the brains with her pretty face, she is a recipient of Canossa-Tondo Children Foundation.Eufritz is Gravity's soprano entry. Rommel Bautista One of the two boys in the group, Rommel is established in the group as the crooner, his style known to opt more for classic OPM tunes such as "Kung Mawawala Ka" and "Anak". With a tenor choir stature as his only training, it was a pleasant surprise for him to have gone so far in The Voice Kids. Rommel is a standout all on his own with his smooth vocal style and a signature fedora hat. Grace Alade Grace adds that significant variety to the group. The black beauty boasts not only of a stand-out build (a champion swimmer, and 5'10" at the age of 15) but also fascinating power vocals which became the very groundwork of her following, and leading a choir at age 12 is the foundation of her musical career path. Grace does bring her own mix to Gravity, but according to the Nigerian descent, the staying power relies on her ability to value the friendship she has with her Gravity peers. Julienne Echavez The typical girly likeness of a 12-year-old fronts what Julienne actually adds to Gravity: a deep, haunting voice capable of bringing raw emotion to her parts in the group's performances, which is perhaps the reason Bamboo Mañalac wanted Juliene on his team during The Voice Kids. The industry's thirst for a fresher sound and more bankable acts became the band's doing. Chaperoned by their marked cover performances of OneRepublic's "Counting Stars", the quintet came together officially when they signed with Ivory Music & Video for a recording contract February 25th 2015. Within the gates of the label, Gravity started working on their upcoming debut album, spearheaded by "Imposible", released March 25th as the band's first single, which is already up on iTunes, Spotify, " Our group is like the strings of a guitar, each has its own individual characteristics. We may have different voices, tones and genres, but we sing as one, beating the same heart for music, creating one harmony."
