On June 21, 2013, a piece of Harry Hudson died. Cancer was the diagnosis; Hodgkin’s Disease to be specific. After months of feeling ill, doctors’ visits fueled with denial, and a recording career that was flirting with stardom, the singer-songwriter’s certainty for the future seemingly passed away. When he fought the Big C and won, another piece of him died. That piece was the concept of love, the belief that invincibility is just a theory, and the straying away from reckless abandon. But with every death comes new birth, and the Los Angeles artist found life in his music. The product is his forthcoming LP.
