ISLA JUNE is the moniker and live outfit of LA native singer-songwriter Jenna Maranga. Meandering through genre with intention, Isla June fuses close-to-home songwriting and a sprawling vocal style with a rich landscape of lush guitars and synths, root-rock instrumentation, and pocket-driven grooves. At times haunting and introspective, while other times driving and bold, their songs are like notions one has in a dream. Fuzzy around the edges. Yet clear and memorable. Isla June has seen placements on The CW’s Riverdale and Freeform’s Good Trouble. Their music was also featured in Free People stores around the U.S., and has earned spots on various Spotify editorial playlists, including Deep Dark Indie, Dark & Stormy, and Fresh Finds: Six Strings.
