Jabi

Javier Sanchez, today known as Jabi, has demonstrated a musical gift since the tender age of four. As a toddler, he would intuitively play with pots and pans in some of the toughest neighborhoods in Miami. He developed an ear for music as a means to bring serenity to chaotic surroundings. As early as six years old, Jabi had cultivated a devoted neighborhood following who found a sense serenity in his performances. As a young boy, Jabi knew he was destined to share his gift as a means to uplift and empower those whose hardships mirrored his own. To his credit, as a very young artist, Jabi performed with salsa legends including Eddie Santiago, and Oscar de Leon to list a few. Those collaborations have had a profound and obvious impact on his music. His inspirations range from Frank Sinatra to Elvis Presley. As an entertainer, he finds inspiration in the seductive passion expressed by Elvis Presley. Fast-forward to the present, and the eternally optimistic, self-taught musician will release his second single “Mas Calor,” a musical bet endowed with sensuality, with sounds that incite the dance and a lyric to dedicate. The song tells the story of two people who, motivated by their feelings, let themselves be carried away and lose the notion of time dedicated to freezing that special moment. Beyond his voice, Jabi has been gifted the ability to compose, produce, and play several instruments. His mission with his music is to impart a positive impact to the world.
