Independent artist KC Star got his start by posting pop/rap covers on his Soundcloud, amassing over thousands of plays. He now writes, records, and produces his own original music inspired by his favorite pop stars. His sound is rooted in pop with influences of electronic/synth music, alternative, and rock. His first three projects (Colors, Changes, Crushes) explore the exhilarating ups and downs of life, authentically embracing transformation, and all the complex, fluctuating feelings that come with a crush, respectively. Get There is a project all about the electricity of life, at a time when it feels like it has gone missing.
