Kid Riko

Known for his punchlines, lyricism, wordplay, & delivery, hip hop artist & producer, Kid Riko, also known as "eL Rey," was born December 18, 1990 in Opelika, AL. Kid Riko was raised in Tuskegee, AL most of his life. He began writing lyrics at the age of 12 as a way of expressing himself and describing the many obstacles life put in his path. October 2009 Riko was able to record his first track in the closet of one of his group member's dorm, Dj Mute, on Auburn University's campus. Riko was recruited by Kenny Nevermind and Madlock Zay into a group known as SUPRES about a month earlier, only to form his own group "46 Grand" music group (46G) in March of 2010 as a smaller branch of the SUPRES.
